Industrial Logistics with Autonomous Vehicles

ILAV aims to integrate automated handling systems for semi-finished products and spare parts into industrial production processes. Robots, specifically designed for the steel manufacturing environment, will be equipped with sensors and cameras to recognize objects and follow predefined paths within the facility. The added value lies in testing and applying these technologies in a real industrial context.

Advanced object recognition cameras and LiDAR sensors for 3D environmental mapping will be studied and integrated into the robots to enable autonomous navigation.

Another key innovation is the integration with Enterprise Production Systems (EPS), ensuring seamless communication with production management, optimizing processes, and delivering significant benefits across the entire supply chain. .
